Introduction
The ability to think analytically, evaluate information, and form strong arguments are key skills, sought by universities and employers throughout the world. These skills are learnable, and this course will introduce the important concepts and practice the necessary skills to be a logical, analytical and creative thinker. You will improve your thinking skills and your English speaking skills at the same time.
Objectives
At the end of this course, you will understand the main concepts of formal Critical Thinking, be able to use these concepts to analyse and produce arguments, and be able to apply these skills to your own studies. This will allow you to choose what to believe when you read or hear theories and arguments, and to speak and write in a clear and persuasive way in formal and informal situations.
