Instruction:
1. Learn how to write a good essay by comparing and contrasting two writing
samples to determine which one is better , why it is better. And how it is written.
2. Read and understand the given prompt through STAP ( subject, type, audience
and purpose)
3. Brainstorm and outline the ideas
4. Draft an essay ( Introduction, body and conclusion)
5. Revise and edit the draft (Gaokao Writing Criteria)
6. Finalize the essay through MLA Citation Format
Assessments:
1. Formative Assessments ( word choice, sentence fluency and conventions).
2. Analyze and Compare and contrast student writings.
3. Summative Assessments: three completed essays.
